What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is ...
a developmental, collaborative process that's both goal and action-oriented. It's a powerful way to support enhanced choice-making in how you show up in the world. Whether you're motivated by a challenge or inspired by curiosity, coaching supports you in gaining deeper self-awareness, clarifying direction and purpose, building resilience, strengthening relationships, navigating life transitions, and developing new habits and strategies—all while bringing your declared future closer to fruition.Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences to understand current challenges, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We assume you're fundamentally whole and capable—together we unlock your existing potential and remove barriers to your success. Think of it this way: therapy helps you heal, coaching helps you grow and achieve. At its core, coaching is about creating an intentional future—one that's different from the path you'd take if you never stopped to pause. The coach's role is to ask empowering questions and create a space for you to discover your own insights and solutions.

What clients are saying:
"Leslie helped me
through a very interesting time in my life. I was leaving a great job that was not working out while also in the process of planning for my first born... she was an invaluable helper, friend and coach through it all. She's pragmatic yet is mindful of what are some of the best ways to pick through life's challenges to make them more manageable. She has an awesome way of being in the moment with you as you're working together through the details, paths to try, ways to navigate. If you are looking at some gnarly life transitions or even just trying to get a better handle on the status quo, I can not think of anyone more suited for helping you find your way. To quote Stan Lee: Excelsior!"

Is this for me?
You might be ...
navigating a major life transition, or perhaps longing for one. Maybe you're connected with your purpose and values but know you need to make some shifts to feel in alignment. Or you might be out of touch with that part of yourself and ready to reconnect with neglected aspects of who you are.Whatever you're embarking on, coaching can help provide tools, perspective, insight, and accountability to support you in creating the intentional changes you wish to make. How we create accountability together: We'll co-create commitments that feel authentic and achievable to you. Through regular check-ins, we'll review progress and celebrate wins without judgment. When you don't follow through, we explore what that reveals—sometimes "failure" to act is actually valuable information about misaligned goals or hidden fears. The most powerful accountability comes from our relationship itself—when someone believes in you and is tracking your progress, you're more likely to believe in yourself and take consistent action.

How will we work together?
We'll typically meet ...
via video call once a week or two, depending on what feels right for you. Most people start with 6 to 12 sessions and then continue with additional sessions as their development work unfolds. We'll talk about coaching rates during a complimentary introductory conversation or via email. I hold a few spots available at reduced rates for those who need financial support—I believe coaching should be accessible to all.
